- Development of FADAMA land Information System to boost rice production in Nigeria.
- Development of Model for Cassava yield prediction and strategic National Planning.
- Development of early warning system for food security in Nigeria.
- Implementation of satellite and ICT based E-Agriculture.
- Satellite mapping and monitoring of irrigation command areas in northern Nigeria.
- Mapping spatial distribution and environmental implication for improve cocoa production in Nigeria.
- Integrated surface/groundwater management of Lake Chad basin using satellite images, climate data and hydrological modelling.
- Updating/revision of land use and land cover maps of Nigeria at a scale of 1:100,000.
